Rules & Regulations

1. General Discipline

  • Maintain discipline and respect on campus.
  • Carry your ID card at all times.
  • Harassment, violence, and misconduct are prohibited.

2. Dress Code

  • Wear the prescribed uniform.
  • Use safety attire in labs and workshops.
  • Maintain neat grooming and hygiene.

3. Attendance

  • Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory.
  • Submit leave applications or medical certificates.
  • Long unauthorized absence may lead to removal.

4. Academic Integrity

  • No cheating or plagiarism.
  • Submit only original academic work.

5. Classroom & Labs

  • Be punctual and keep mobiles silent.
  • Handle laboratory equipment responsibly.

6. Library

  • Maintain silence.
  • Carry your ID to borrow books.
  • Return books before the due date.

7. Technology Usage

  • Use Wi-Fi only for academic purposes.
  • Recording without permission is prohibited.

8. Hostel

  • Follow hostel rules and timings.
  • Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and ragging are banned.

9. Anti-Ragging

  • Ragging is strictly prohibited.
  • Violators face disciplinary and legal action.

10. Examinations

  • Carry Hall Ticket and ID card.
  • Electronic devices and malpractice are prohibited.

11. Student Activities

  • Participate responsibly in college events.
  • Maintain the institution's reputation.

12. Disciplinary Action

  • Violations may result in warnings, fines, suspension, or expulsion.

Eligibility Criteria

Admission eligibility as per Government of Tamil Nadu regulations.

First-Year Admission (B.E. / B.Tech)

  • Pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
  • Admissions follow Government norms.
  • Required documents must be submitted.

Lateral Entry (Second Year)

  • Diploma in Engineering/Technology or B.Sc. with Mathematics.
  • Admissions as per Government norms.
  • Required documents are mandatory.
